We offer different delivery options to suit your needs. Please see below for the estimated delivery times:
- USA: Overnight, Express, Standard, and Economy shipping options are available with delivery times ranging from 1 to 8 business days.
- EUROPE: Overnight, Express, Standard, and Economy shipping options are available with delivery times ranging from 1 to 10 business days depending on the country.
- International shipping from USA: Express, Standard, Economy, and No Rush shipping options are available with delivery times ranging from 1 to 20 business days.
- International from Europe: Express, Standard, Economy, and No Rush shipping options are available with delivery times ranging from 1 to 20 business days.
- Canada: The estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days.
Your order will be shipped within an average of 3 days after you place your order. The shipping time depends on our customer’s location, since we use past delivery data from your region to estimate how long shipping will take. However, please note that the estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location, but most orders are fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days.
CUSTOMS FEES
For international shipments, customs fees may apply. Please note that customs policies vary by country and the fee may depend on various factors such as weight, order value, and country limits. As the customer, you are responsible for paying these fees. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any customs fees.
ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
Shipped Separately:
Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently.
Order Never Arrived:
If your order did not arrive, please let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and ensure that you entered the correct shipping address. If the address was incorrect, we can resend your order to the correct address, but you will need to cover the costs. To avoid this inconvenience, please double-check the shipping address you provide at checkout.
If the shipping address was correct and you still have not received your order, please contact us at support@rowlegacy.com with your order number in the subject line. We will do our best to assist you with the issue.
CARRIERS AND SHIPPING METHODS
We partner with some of the most reliable carriers to bring you the best shipping options. Our shipping algorithm will determine the fastest, most cost-effective, and most reliable carrier for each shipment based on several factors, including where the order is fulfilled, where it is shipping to, the selected shipping method, and the shipping speeds and prices of our carriers.

NOTE: If the courier is unable to deliver due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
