We want you to love every purchase you make with us, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have a clear refund and return policy that prioritizes your satisfaction. Here's what you need to know:

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 30 days (4 weeks) from the day your purchase has been fulfilled and your product has been received. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or accept any returns or complaints.

 

NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Gift cards are not returnable or refundable. Additionally, any product that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any product with a problem reported past the 30-day period after delivery is not returnable or refundable.

 

WRONG SIZE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! While we don't offer size exchanges due to our production process, we offer something better:

If you receive an item that doesn't fit, we'll provide a 10% discount code toward your next purchase. This gives you the flexibility to choose any new item from our store, not just a different size of the same product.

We carefully provide detailed measurements for all products to help you select the right size and prevent sizing issues. We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.

If you do receive an item that doesn't fit, simply contact our customer service team with your order number, and we'll send your discount code right away. The code will be valid for 30 days from issue.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within a week's time with a photo to make it easier for us to handle the problem. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are fully covered at our expense, including shipping costs.

 

ABOUT REFUNDS

When we give you a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of business days. If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. Next, contact your bank. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

REASONS FOR RETURNS

When we receive a returned product, it's usually due to the carrier being unable to deliver it because the address was incorrect, or for some other reason they sent it back to the returning address provided on the label of your package. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment. Also unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Before returning any product, please contact us first at support@rowlegacy.com. We do NOT REFUND or reship orders for buyer’s remorse.

 

NOTIFICATION FOR EU CONSUMERS

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore ROYAL WARRIORS LEGACY LIMITED reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Purchases may only be made by customers aged 18 or over, in accordance with EU consumer law.

 

EU LEGAL WARRANTY

All products purchased by customers in the European Union are covered by a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with EU law. This warranty applies automatically and separately from our store’s own return policy.

The EU warranty covers situations where a product is faulty or does not match the description. If a product develops a fault within 2 years of delivery, EU customers are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

This legal warranty does not affect or limit the additional return/refund rights set out in our Refund & Return Policy above.
